Prior to his arrival in Omaha, David Crum served as a law clerk in the United States Attorney’s Office in Washington D.C., as a mediator for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (E.E.O.C.), and as the managing attorney of a prestigious divorce and family law practice in the state of New Mexico Mr. Crum represents a wide range of family law clients around the state of Nebraska, in cases including divorce, child custody and support, property division, alimony, and division of retirement funds. He is also the author of the Amazon bestselling book: Confessions of a Divorce Assassin: What You Really Need to Know About Your Case, Your Kids, and Your Lawyer.
David has handled over 1,000 divorce and family law cases, and acted in every possible capacity as a family law attorney, including: mediator, settlement facilitator, guardian ad litem, special master, and arbitrator.
